- In this context, you will give support to internal users by phone, email or at their working place.
- Your job is to find technical solutions about IT applications problems but also to do basic system administration activities.
- You have great Hardware skills and are well verse in all general IT technologies (Windows, iOS, Android...).
- You have basic knowledge of Windows Server and network management.
- Open minded, customer oriented, you are also able to communicate very easily and clearly over the phone.
- You stay calm in any circumstances.
- An experience in the financial sector is an asset and a global experience of 3 years in IT support is requested.
- Language skills: This mission requires to be an excellent German and English speaker. Being able to communicate in French is an asset but not mandatory.

- Android, iOS, Windows-10, Windows 7
- Basic Skills on Windows Server 2008-2016
- Backup Management
- Email Support
- Usage of a ticketing tool
- ITIL Knowledge
