- You provide ongoing support to internal users by phone, email or in front office
- You find solutions to problems with regards to IT applications
- You are in charge of the IT infrastructure including set up, maintenance, monitoring and problem solving
- Work is organised in shift
- Fluent in German and English.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
- Remote and telephonic assistance
- Usage of a ticketing system
- Helpdesk level 1 and level 2
- MS-Office related applications
- Basic Network skills
- Autonomous, dynamic and able to work in team
- Planning and executions of software rollouts;

- Tapes and Backup Management;
- Email Support and Ms Exchange Administration;
- BlackBerry Installation and Maintenance;
- End user support: Windows 7, Windows 2008 server;
- Active Directory.
- At least 2 years' experience in a HelpDesk service;
- ITIL Foundation Certification;
- Technologies and méthodologies used: Hardware (Assembling -Disassembling PCs), Microsoft Office; Microsoft
Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Olympic user account management, Print Management, User account Management.
Fluent in German and English.
