  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
  • Remote and telephonic assistance
  • Usage of a ticketing system
  • Helpdesk level 1 and level 2
  • MS-Office related applications
  • Basic Network skills
  • Autonomous, dynamic and able to work in team


- Planning and executions of software rollouts;
- Data Migration and Encryption;
- Tapes and Backup Management;
- Email Support and Ms Exchange Administration;
- BlackBerry Installation and Maintenance;
- Networking;
- End user support: Windows 7, Windows 2008 server;
- Active Directory.

Professional experience:

- At least 2 years' experience in a HelpDesk service;
- ITIL Foundation Certification;
- Technologies and méthodologies used: Hardware (Assembling -Disassembling PCs), Microsoft Office; Microsoft
Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Olympic user account management, Print Management, User account Management.


IT Graduate.


Fluent in German and English.
