CTG Luxembourg - Service Desk Team Leader

You will be in charge of Managing the daily operational, Coaching and managing people and teams, Facilitating communication within the delivery center.

 

 

Main tasks

  • Managing the daily operations
    • Being an active member of strategic decisions
    • Having a strong feeling for technical content and business impact of projects
    • Being responsible for the phone switchboard configuration
    • Organizing resources
    • Managing crisis situations
    • Managing DRP situations
    • Validating timesheets
  • Team management
    • Validate the resource planning
    • Ensuring respect of working rules (punctuality, hygiene, clean desk policy, respect...)
    • Providing professional positive or negative feedback to agents (motivation & discipline)
    • Conflict management
    • Preparing and managing the annual feedbacks for the teams
    • Following the career of the members of team
    • Acting as a point of contact for your team
  • Communication
    • Escalating information to different interlocutors
    • Facilitate the communication process within the Delivery Center
    • Ensuring proper communication to all levels within the company
