For our Hqs in Luxembourg we are looking for a Facility Assistant. In this position you will analyze the space requirements of the various functions by proposing and implementing development solutions and projects in AutoCAD (layout design).
You will analyze the proposals of new layouts, update the "As Is" situation of spaces and propose development actions for the FM Interact platform .
Moreover you will be the main contact for maintenance and support on various software (AutoCAD and FM Interact).
FM Management System
- Upgrade Plans, track layouts and desks changes, control the synchronization with AD Edition for Ferrero building surfaces.
- User training on FM system,
- Software maintenance
- Develop service-related solutions
- Spatial Planning and related Projects,
- Software Maintenance and Integration with FM
- Physical asset inventory (Archimade tool)
- Interface creation and integration with FM system (custom adaptation plans and annotation surfaces, import data into the FM system)
- Support the ticketing system
- Support the management of external staff (on different Ferrero sites)
- Monitor the budget related to office relocation, building maintenance,
- Act as main contact for technical suppliers.
- Coordinate, plan and organize the works in our buildings, managing a team of 8 employees.
- Technical School or preferably BSc in IT or Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Able to work in a complex and multicultural context
- Good management skills
- Excellent relational skills
- FM Interact (Preferential) or at least Space-Management & Facility Tools notions
- Perfect knowledge of Office package
- Fluent English and French
- Any other language a plus
