The candidate will have the following responsibilities
- Insure reconciliations are performed
- Net Asset Value Calculation in respect of our procedures and the ISAE3402 standard:
- Insure the Zero Default quality
- Insure reconciliations are performed (cash, securities, shares in issue) and any difference is explained. A feed-back should be given to the assistant or the manager in case of pending items older than 5 days
- Calculate and control the Net Asset Values
- Check that the Pricing of the underlying out of tolerance is correct with the usual Pricing Sources
- Provide answers when required to any person in charge an action in the NAV Cycle
- Respect our clients Net Asset Value publication cut off's
- Understand the operational and financial risks related the fund accountant mission: by using the “Self Risk Assessment” documents. Inform immediately your manager when an error has been discovered or in case of a problem affecting our client duties
- Respect our client publication cut off's : by adapting your work in relation with your daily planning
- Participate in maintaining high standards in terms of quality of our internal and external relationship: provide professional answers within the agreed standards defined
- Assist the good operation of the team:
- Improvement of the procedures
- Ensure the archiving of the NAV pack

- Autonomous on MultiFonds FA
- Autonomous, rigorous and team spirit skills
- Excellent written and oral French and English skills are essential, any other language is an advantage
