Development Team Leader

Job description
To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Development Team Leader, speaking English
Your main responsibilities
- Lead a group of 12 developers developing hosting services for Databases, Middleware and maintenance the core services provisioning tool
- Working on the core service provisioning tool corrective and evolutive maintenance in respect of the agreed roadmap
- Working on the creation of new services in alignments with the technical designs linked to the customer needs and internal guidelines,
- Offer guidance and foster collaboration between people
- Help to handle the relations of the development team with the rest of teams: architects, testing, operations, security, ...
- Act as interface with the customer (20 persons) for development related topics
- Take part in recruitment, performance evaluation and other HR topics
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Development Sector and Team Management
- English fluent
- Good knowledges in JavaScript
- An experience in:
- Python
- Rest
- Saop WebServices development
- Automation Projects
- Broad understanding of: Database and Middleware functionality, Systems, network and Storage
- Knowledges in: React JS, PHP, Ansible, Jenkins, BPM or technical workflow engines, CMDB/CMS
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Service-oriented mind-set
- Ability to guide people, understand concerns and address them, de-fuse tense situations
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a clear
