We are looking for a Level 3 Application Support Engineer to support enterprise applications based on COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) solutions and cloud technologies. You will join a collaborative team responsible for ensuring high availability and optimal performance of key business applications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
- Act as Level 3 support for incidents and service requests related to COTS and cloud-based applications
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of incidents, changes, and technical solutions
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support process enhancements
- Assist with application lifecycle activities such as upgrades and configuration changes
Your profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in application support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of COTS applications and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Skilled in working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Comfortable producing clear technical documentation
- Team-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - French is an asset
- Secret-level security clearance is required
