We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Expert with a strong background in banking transactions to join our team. This role requires a balance of business acumen and technical expertise to drive impactful solutions and support strategic initiatives.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze business needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Propose product and service enhancements to strengthen business value.
  • Define and document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the interface between stakeholders and project management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
  • Define the business scope, target operating model, and establish efficient interfaces between Business and IT.
  • Language skills:
    • Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
    • French: Strong spoken communication skills
    • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

 

Profile & background

  • Education: Master's Degree in Business Management or equivalent through relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a relevant Business Analyst role, ideally within the banking sector.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Mandatory: Proven expertise in business analysis and banking transactions.
    • Preferable: Familiarity with the technical aspects of banking transactions.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business topics into actionable IT requirements.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a true team player.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and adaptable to change.
  • Work setup: Hybrid model: 50% on-site, 50% remote.
