Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of the IT training and knowledge management strategy
- Conduct training needs analyses and design tailored programs
- Produce and/or update existing training materials (content and methodology)
- Maintain and enhance knowledge bases
- Proofread and improve documentation and articles
- Act as a Technical Writer when required
- Adapt third-party training material to meet organizational needs
- Deliver effective training in classroom settings, online, via webinars, or informally
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness and learner progress
- Promote continuous professional development
Your profile
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and rigorous
- Knowledge of information architecture and instructional design
- Ability to translate technical material into clear and accessible content for business users
- Experience in e-Learning content development and website design
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills, including online training delivery
- Passion for training and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
Required technical certifications (at least one)
- Microsoft Certified Educator / Microsoft Certified Trainer
- Iamct Approved Technical Trainer
- Certified e-Learning Specialist
- Adobe Certified (Associate, Professional, or Expert)
- Instructional Skills Certification (Global Knowledge)
