We are looking for a consultant or team of experts to support the definition and implementation of a strategic Digital Workplace Roadmap. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current digital workplace landscape.
- Define a clear, phased strategy aligned with existing documentation and standards.
- Design a detailed and realistic roadmap for high-level initiatives.
- Integrate feedback from key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Deliver clear documentation to support adoption and execution.
Required skills
- Strong experience in digital workplace transformation or enterprise IT strategy.
- Ability to design actionable roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Familiarity with both low-side and high-side environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to deliver within set timelines and constraints.
Profile sought:
- Previous experience in large-scale digital strategy or IT roadmap design.
- Capacity to work independently or lead a small, efficient team.
- Strong analytical and project documentation capabilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Active security clearance is mandatory due to the nature of the environment and content.
