As part of a strategic program to modernize a complex and critical application landscape, we are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to strengthen a team responsible for the takeover, optimization, and evolution of several diverse business applications, both functionally and technologically.
Mission objectives
You will work on a portfolio of business applications within a technically varied environment. Key activities include
- Takeover and onboarding of existing applications (documentation, maintenance, new feature development)
- Reengineering and full redevelopment of applications to align with current development standards
- In-depth functional and business analysis, with coaching responsibilities to support onboarding of new team members
Key skills required
- Strong functional and business analysis skills in complex environments
- Proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling
- Solid experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Comfortable with writing user stories, test design, and tools like Confluence / Jira
- Knowledge of SQL and a good grasp of architectural concepts
- Ability to quickly integrate into an existing team and share expertise effectively
Technical environment
- Java, PostgreSQL, Angular
- Selenium, Maven, GIT
- Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence
Languages
- Native French
- Working knowledge of Dutch and English is required
