At ABAKUS IT-Solutions we are looking for a driven expert ready to lead the creation of immersive micro-learning experiences that make a real operational impact. As an Intelligence Systems e-Learning SME, you won't just be developing training content you'll be shaping how intelligence professionals learn, adapt, and operate in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities
- Design instructional content including storyboards, scripts, and assessments
- Develop interactive micro-lessons (3-7 minutes) with multimedia, voiceover, and subtitles
- Ensure all content meets security, accessibility, and instructional design standards
- Deliver SCORM-compliant modules for use in secure Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Collaborate with training experts, graphic designers, and intelligence professionals
- Work in agile sprints: participate in planning, development, reviews, and iterative improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in military intelligence analysis within national or multinational environments
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using intelligence systems to manage classified information
- Strong background in instructional system design and courseware development
- Solid knowledge of the Addie model and proficiency in MS Office
- Good understanding of intelligence structures and operations
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
- A valid Secret-level security clearance is strictly mandatory - Candidates without clearance will not be considered
