Are you an experienced MS 0365 professional with a strong technical and design background? We are seeking a specialist to support the unification and optimization of our internal applications for document management, collaboration, and workflow integration.
You will play a key role in redesigning and consolidating our current applications into a single, cohesive platform using MS 0365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate). By leveraging your expertise, you will help streamline enterprise content management, enhance collaboration, and optimize document workflows across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical and design guidance for enterprise content management and document management initiatives.
- Support records management and document workflow integration.
- Advise on collaboration solutions for both internal and external users.
- Work primarily with M365 solutions to unify and optimize applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Required skills & experience
- Proven expertise in MS 0365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise content management, records management, and document management.
- Solid understanding of collaboration and workflow processes.
- Not a hands-on development role, but strategic and advisory.
- IT-related degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
