We are looking for a highly skilled Outsourcing Officer to support IT operations. You will be responsible for developing Statements of Work (SOWs) for selected services and activities, ensuring proper coordination within the organization, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage competitions up to contract award.
Security Clearance: NATO Secret required.
Key responsibilities
- Develop & Manage SOWs: Craft high-quality performance-based Statements of Work with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align objectives.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Manage communication between technical teams and acquisition professionals to ensure contract success.
Required skills & qualifications
- IT Technical Writing Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in writing performance-driven SOWs with measurable KPIs.
- Proficiency in Word Processing: Strong experience in document styling, layouts, and visualization tools.
- IT Operations & Service Support: Good knowledge of ITIL framework, including configuration management & change management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interview and collaborate with engineers and technicians effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of network routing & switching, IT security, Virtualization, Storage, backup & restore, identity management, and deployable IT environments.
- IT Security Awareness: Strong grasp of IT service delivery security best practices.
