We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive Process Consultant to support the development, optimization, and adoption of operational best practices in service management. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise processes in a complex, multi-site IT environment.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining service management processes to ensure organizational efficiency and process excellence. Your responsibilities
- Define and lead the implementation of best practices for IT service management processes.
- Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive process strategy and ensure alignment across services.
- Maintain fit-for-purpose, standardized processes based on established frameworks.
- Facilitate process governance through advisory and tactical boards.
- Drive the optimization and integration of centralized process toolsets.
- Ensure process roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and assigned.
- Establish and monitor process KPIs to track efficiency and improvements.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive process documentation in the knowledge management system.
- Organize regular process reviews to ensure continuous improvement and service quality.
Your profile
- In-depth knowledge of IT service management standards and methodologies (e.g. ITIL, IT4IT).
- Demonstrated experience managing processes in multi-tower, multi-site environments.
- Proficient in planning methodologies and process modeling techniques (UML, BPMN).
- Strong analytical and statistical interpretation skills.
- Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Confident communicator, capable of presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

- ITIL 4 Managing Professional
- ITIL v3 Intermediate / Expert / Macl
- IT4IT Certification
- Omg Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)
- UML, BPMN 2.0
