Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex infrastructure projects in secure and regulated environments? We are currently looking for a highly qualified professional to join a high-impact international program.
Profile Sought
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Project Manager with the following profile:
- Education: University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent professional experience (6+ years)
- Certifications: PRINCE2 or PMP (mandatory), Agile (Scrum or Agile PM), ITIL V3/V4
- Experience: Minimum 5 years managing full project lifecycles, ideally in international, public sector, or military contexts
- Technical Domains: IT infrastructure - data centers, networks, cybersecurity
- Tools: Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Planisware)
- Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Security Clearance: NATO SECRET (mandatory)

- Supplier and procurement management
- Contract and budget tracking (Procure-to-Pay model)
- Risk management and development of business cases
- Coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
- Project delivery using Agile and ITIL frameworks
Main Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle management: from planning to closure
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring of documentation, deliverables, and progress reporting
- Managing dependencies and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Performance optimization through Agile sprints and ITIL best practices
You have a proven track record in delivering secure infrastructure projects in international or defense environments, strong certifications, and a structured, results-oriented mindset.
