We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact IT projects in a complex and innovative environment. You will oversee transversal initiatives involving both Embedded systems and web platforms, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering value to stakeholders.

 

 

Your mission

 

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the day-to-day management of projects (time, resources, WBS, planning, monitoring).
  • Leading progress tracking, dashboards, KPIs, and steering committees.
  • Managing risks, budgets, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Coordinating and supervising cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers, product owners, etc.).
  • Ensuring alignment with project portfolio governance.
  • Contributing to the improvement of project management methodologies.
  • Facilitating transversal collaboration between product teams (Embedded systems & web solutions).

 

Your profile

  • Master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience managing large IT projects.
  • Solid expertise in Agile, project planning (MS-Project), risk management, and WBS.
  • Experience in Embedded systems and web platforms is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, organizational rigor, and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent in French (native) with strong proficiency in English.
  • Prince2 (or equivalent) certification is a plus.

Key skills & tools:

  • Agile / Design Thinking / ADKAR (nice to have)
  • Azure DevOps, MS-Project, Office Suite
  • Risk management, workshop facilitation, capacity planning
