We're looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team as part of an international consortium of leading ICT companies.
Responsibilities
As a System Engineer, your role will be vital in ensuring the stability and innovation of our operations. You will
- Provide Expert Support : Deliver L3-level technical support to operational teams.
- Solve Complex Challenges : Analyze root causes and resolve issues in collaboration with architects and customer teams
- Automate & Maintain : Enhance system processes through automation and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Contribute to Knowledge Sharing : Organize and participate in knowledge transfer sessions to empower teams
- Support Strategic Projects : Play a key role in infrastructure-related initiatives aligned with your expertise
Requirements
- 5+ years of ICT experience in roles such as System Engineer, SRE, or DevOps
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in at least two technical domains, such as:
- Storage: HPE solutions, VEEAM, Ceph
- Virtualization: VMware
- Operating Systems: RHEL, Windows
- Networking: Cisco ACI, routing, Firewalling
- Physical Infrastructure: HPE ILO, rack systems
- Knowledge of tools like Ansible, Python, Linux Shell scripting, and GIT
- Proficiency with Ansible Tower/Automation Platform
- Familiarity with ITIL V3 principles
- An analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on collaboration
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Availability for 75% onsite presence in Strasbourg if not based locally
- Experience with public institutions or international clients is a plus
