As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be the guardian of quality, transforming functional requirements into structured, prioritized test scenarios that align with project goals and resources.

 

 

What you'll do

  • Define and align testing approaches with the overall project strategy.
  • Analyze functional requirements and identify quality risks early on.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Cypress and JUnit5.
  • Perform testing at multiple levels: unit, integration, and end-to-end.
  • Review CI/CD results and perform functional reviews of deliverables.
  • Track and manage defects, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
  • Deliver clear and structured reporting of test outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date testing documentation, processes, and use cases.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and users to ensure shared quality goals.
  • Influence developers through static requirement reviews to emphasize the importance of testing.
  • Coach and mentor junior testers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

 

What you bring

  • Over 7 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes (ISTQB Foundation/Advanced certification is a plus).
  • Experience with tools such as TestLink, Zephyr, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Proven skills in test automation frameworks, particularly Cypress and JUnit5.
  • Basic understanding of CI, TDD, UML, Java, SQL, and Version Control systems like GIT or SVN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch and French, with operational English proficiency.
