We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cloud Service Management Specialist to join an innovative team driving cloud operations as part of a major digital transformation initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational environment focused on delivering secure, scalable, and modern IT services using public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
As part of a structured Cloud Operations Center operating under an enterprise cloud management model, you will contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of cloud services while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Provide daily support within the Cloud Operations Center.
- Contribute to the administration and continuous improvement of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes, especially those related to cloud environments.
- Participate in financial operations related to public cloud usage: budget monitoring, cost optimization, forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the Cloud Center of Excellence (Ccoe) to apply best practices, ensure governance, and align cloud initiatives with strategic goals.
- Maintain service catalogs, manage request workflows, and ensure incident and problem management.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies, promoting a “security by design” approach across all cloud services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cloud service management with solid knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, M365, AWS).
- Proficiency in ITSM frameworks (such as ITIL), with hands-on experience in service desk, incident handling, and request fulfillment.
- Experience or knowledge in FinOps (cloud financial operations): cost tracking, chargeback, consumption monitoring.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and priority management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset in a fast-evolving technical environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to operational security.
Preferred qualifications:
- ITIL certification or equivalent in IT service management.
- Experience in structured, large-scale, or institutional environments (e.g., government, defense sector).
- Familiarity with automation tools, cloud monitoring platforms, or PowerBI for reporting is an asset.
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements applicable to cloud services.
