Advisory Key - Brokerage Helpdesk

Our client is a leading and multi awarded financial services company specialized in delivering technology solutions for trading.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

After a training period, you will mainly

  • Provide clients with high quality support via telephone and the internet 
  • Open accounts, check trades, solve queries, proceed with margin and risk control 
  • Relationship management for existing clients, visits to the clients, participation to road shows and webinars 

 

Your Profile

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • A good level of French and/or Dutch will be considered an advantage 
  • A higher degree (minimum BAC + 3)
  • Interest for and understanding of the financial sector, stock markets as well as funds  (futures, Cfd-Forex or stocks should not be new to you)
  • A first experience in a client servicing role is considered as an asset
  • Good Microsoft Office Excell skills
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  •   Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Stress resistant 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours according to market needs (5 days per month late shift 13.00-22.00)

 

Only candidates who are EU nationals or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position.
