Advisory Key is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a trailer fees replatforming project within a major financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and produce clear functional documentation
- Test new functionalities on the trailer fees module and follow-up on changes
- Provide strong functional expertise on MultiFonds TA and its satellites
- Participate in release management (pre/post-production sanity checks)
- Track, control, and report on project changes
- Organise training sessions and write user guides
- Identify risks and maintain the project knowledge base
Profile required
- 7 years of experience as Business Analyst in financial services
- Strong expertise in MultiFonds TA (mandatory) and Estars
- Deep understanding of Transfer Agency trailer fees (calculations, reconciliation, reporting, KPIs)
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Autonomous, rigorous, comfortable in complex environments
- Technical environment: MultiFonds TA · Estars · MS Office · sFTP · Prince2
