We are looking for a versatile intern combining recruitment, administrative, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Talent acquisition
- Research and understand the business domain Advisory Key operates in
- Analyze client requests and RFPs
- Publish job postings on various job boards, the company website, and social media platforms
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via our internal ERP, Monster, LinkedIn, Efinancialcareers, and other networks
- Actively participate in candidate interviews (phone & in-person)
- Follow up with candidates and support onboarding of new consultants
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Administrative
- Manage and verify employee and consultant expense reports
- Track medical requests and absences
- Handle, sort, and respond to general company emails
- Organize, file, and archive administrative and HR documents
- Prepare documents or presentations for internal and external meetings
- Assist in tracking contracts and personnel files
- Support the organization of internal events and training sessions
Communication
- Manage and maintain Advisory Key's LinkedIn account (posts, updates, and engagement)
- Publish and update job postings on job boards to ensure visibility
- Communicate with candidates and respond to messages via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Create and share engaging content (text, visuals, stories) to promote the employer brand
- Track and analyze the performance of posts (engagement, reach, applications)
- Support targeted communication campaigns to attract talent
Your profile
- You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communication, Administration, or Management
- Organized, versatile, and creative
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and ideally PowerPoint or Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French and English (minimum B1); additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and posting tools
- Enjoy working in a team and taking initiative
Details
- Internship must be officially recognized (business school or HR/management/communication program)
- Duration: minimum 6months
- Start date: ASAP
