Role & responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications within the Office 365 suite.

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions leveraging Office 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, etc.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Office 365 services with other business applications and systems.

  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of existing Office 365 solutions.

  • Offer expert advice on best practices, governance, and security policies related to Office 365.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft ecosystem developments and proactively recommend innovative solutions.

 

Required skills & qualifications

  • Proven senior-level experience in analysis, development, and implementation within Microsoft Office 365 environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365 tools and services: SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD.

  • Strong understanding of integration, security, and governance best practices for Office 365.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

  • Fluency in French and/or Dutch; English proficiency is an asset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
