Votre mission

  • Développer et maintenir des solutions ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD...)

  • Implémenter des workflows et automatisations adaptés aux besoins métiers

  • Assurer le support technique et fonctionnel de la plateforme

  • Participer à des projets d'intégration et à l'évolution des systèmes IT

  • Collaborer avec les équipes IT locales et internationales

 

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en ServiceNow (développement, configuration, intégration)

  • Connaissance des modules ITSM, ITOM, HRSD est un plus

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, le français est un avantage

  • Capacité à travailler sur des projets complexes et à vulgariser des concepts techniques
