We are looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist with expertise in Identity and Access Management.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security policies across Microsoft Entra ID and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments. You will play a key role in safeguarding sensitive data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and securing digital processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy security strategies for Entra ID (M365, Azure, ...) and Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Manage identities, roles, groups, and conditional access within Entra ID.
- Oversee governance of access to F&O modules (finance, supply chain, etc.).
- Implement advanced security controls: MFA, PIM, RBAC, auditing, alerting.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure compliance and security.
- Conduct security audits, access reviews, and risk assessments.
- Participate in migration, integration, and digital transformation projects.
- Stay up to date on threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity best practices.
Profile Required
- Proven and recent experience in cybersecurity (this year).
- Advanced skills: Azure AD, Entra ID, IAM, RBAC.
- Expertise in Microsoft security and access governance.
- Intermediate knowledge: GDPR, NIST.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Languages: Dutch or French (native/bilingual proficiency) and professional English.

- Role: Senior IT Security Specialist (mandatory).
- Maximum mission duration (including extensions): 880 working days.
