  • Ensure traceability and documentation for regulatory, audit, and compliance
  • Perform risk assessments across performance, security, and operations
  • Keep system documentation as living artifacts (architecture, ADRs, specifications, runbooks)

Delivery Execution

  • Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning
  • Support demos, stakeholder feedback, and technical decision forums
  • Act as a delivery enabler balancing business priorities with engineering constraints

Application Responsibility (AR)

  • Own assigned applications end‑to‑end across investment and maintenance, so you see the full lifecycle and shape the roadmap.
  • For custom solutions, partner closely with Software Engineers for packaged solutions, drive integration and lifecycle management
  • Share patterns, standards, and lessons learned.

Your profile

  • BSc / BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in application and solution engineering, or software delivery roles.
  • Experience in financial services, Wealth Management, or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
  • Proven collaboration with Software Developers, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Operations teams.

Technical Proficiency

  • System and application design, service decomposition, and integration architecture.
  • Data modeling (logical and physical).
  • Integration patterns: REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, batch/file interfaces.
  • Non-functional requirements: performance, resilience, security, observability, scalability.
  • Test strategy, automation, TDD/BDD, contract testing, and quality assurance.
  • CI/CD concepts, release management, environment configuration, and operational readiness.
