Business Analyst - Plateforme MILES
Knowledge Required:

Financial instruments in banks, particularly risk-sharing instruments, guarantees, and loans

Back-office servicing of financial products

Banking industry organizational and operational frameworks
Competencies:

Project management in Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Requirement gathering and business analysis techniques

Functional specifications documentation using modelling tools and diagrams

Requirement prioritization and test case writing

Manual testing, test data preparation, and reporting
-
Specification drafting, task and test management in Jira or similar tools
-
Design thinking and user experience knowledge is a plus
Tasks:
The consultant will support the PMM/JMO/IL division in onboarding new intermediated products and migrating existing products into the MILES platform, replacing legacy EUC tools. Responsibilities include:

Identifying gaps between contractual agreements and MILES implementation (with Monitoring Officers)

Identifying and prioritizing new MILES platform features
-
Drafting IT specifications for new features or newly adopted products
-
Organizing and executing testing of newly delivered features
-
Managing communication and release activities during project phases
-
Migrating data from legacy systems/EUC tools to MILES, ensuring data integrity
-
Supporting monitoring of intermediated products using the MILES platform
-
Assisting in drafting procedures and process manuals for MILES
-
Occasional support and maintenance on existing EUC tools (MOTOOL, Spot-check tool, etc.)
