We are currently looking for a Business Analyst, to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
This position requires a maximum of 5 days per month at client offices. however, teleworking must take place within 2 hours of Brussels.
Nature of tasks
- Analysis of Business requirements.
- Documentation of Business requirements. [Essential]
- Business model analysis. [Essential]
- Business process analysis
- Business processes modelling.
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis
- Risk analysis
- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans
- Level of education: a bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education
Specific expertise AND technologies
- Good knowledge of information systems matters
- Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
- Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2)
- Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites
Knowledge AND non-technical skills:
- Rapid self-starting capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
- Strong capacity to give high-level presentations. Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses alternative solutions.

- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.

- High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in SANTE.R.4 contain personal and confidential data
