Your main responsibilities
Business Apps Management
- Be familiar with client application portfolio and provide assistance when needed.
- Responsible for Business Application Lifecycle, from request evaluation to go live and keep updated.
- Populate and maintain the CMDB and Asset Management DB (Hardware, Software, License)
- Create and maintain the relevant Documentation.
- Participate in various projects to bring value to end users through technology.
IT
- Provide end-user support for all PC based applications and services.
- Maintain and update our Service Catalog .
- Define mapping between applications and systems for BCP tracking.
Your profile
- Two to five years working in IT roles with similar responsibilities.

Proven experience in Service Desk support, with the ability to assist both technical and end-users.
- French and English fluently
- Knowledge of SQL and practical experience with DBA tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Able to troubleshoot and interpret complex technical challenges.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams
- Translating customer needs into technical requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
