We're looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams Voice Services to deliver consultancy support at a strategic level.
What you'll do
As a level 2/3 specialist, you will:
- Administer and optimize Exchange Online and Teams Voice Services
- Configure call routing, voice performance, and troubleshoot voice/email issues
- Integrate meeting room devices and Call Manager systems with Teams
- Secure and ensure compliance for all email and voice communication
- Automate and streamline processes using PowerShell
- Support users with empathy and efficiency, ensuring top-notch service
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution
- Monitor systems, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate across IT teams on strategic projects
What you bring
- Advanced experience in Exchange Online & Microsoft Teams Voice
- Strong understanding of VoIP, PSTN, and security/compliance protocols
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with meeting room tech integration
- Deep knowledge of email/voice disaster recovery planning
- Proven user support and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English skills (French is a plus!)
- NATO nationality + NATO Secret Clearance (or national equivalent)
