We are looking for a Data Breach Handler (Personal Data) to join the Data Protection Office team for a long-term mission in Brussels. This role involves managing personal data breaches, conducting risk assessments, supporting business teams, and improving breach-handling processes.
2 days on-site in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
- Assess risks related to data breaches using the ENISA method.
- Assist business teams in managing personal data breaches.
- Monitor and report on the progress of breach incidents.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance breach-handling processes.
- Align stakeholders on roles and responsibilities.
- Create supporting materials, including templates, training, and awareness content.
- Conduct in-person training and awareness sessions for business teams.
Required skills:
Experience:
- Data breach/cybersecurity risk assessment (ENISA method).
- Audit and control procedures.
- Security incident management.
- Project management (tracking action plans and coordinating stakeholders).
- Reporting skills.
Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Training material creation.
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train teams in a classroom setting.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, goal-driven attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.
