We are currently looking for an Expert in DevSecOps Architect and Engineer (senior) to support the planning, design, and implementation of secure, automated, and scalable software delivery pipelines for large enterprise-level IT systems. The successful candidate will play a leading role in promoting DevSecOps methodologies, ensuring security and compliance in API, container, and cloud architectures, and facilitating continuous delivery through robust automation and lifecycle management tools.
This position offers remote work flexibility, as long as the candidate is located within a 2-hour radius of Brussels.
Responsabilities
DevSecOps Pipeline Management

Plan, implement, and upgrade DevSecOps pipelines for large-scale IT applications

Facilitate the continuous delivery of applications using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and automation tools

Promote and advocate DevSecOps methodologies and best practices across IT projects
Security Architecture and Cloud Engineering
- Architect and design API Security, Container Security, and Cloud Security frameworks
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance in multi-cloud and hybrid environment
Collaboration and Governance
- Work closely with system architects, developers, and security experts to align DevSecOps practices with business objectives
- Contribute to decision-making, documentation, and technical reporting
Profile and skills
- English fluent
- Minimum 10 years of experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems
- Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps & Cloud: CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, AWS Cloud (CodeBuild, Secret manager, EKS, CloudFront, etc)
- Minimum 10 years of experience with DevOps container or serverless /orchestration tools (ie: Docker, Ansible, Terrafom, buildpacks, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in programming language (JAVA, Python, Bash, Perl, etc.)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Security Testing & Dependency Management: SAST, DAST, Fortify, SonarQube, Sonatype, Dependency-Track, Maven.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud security architecture and security requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Security: OpenID Connect, OAuth2, TLS, Keycloak.
- Minimum 6 years of expertise in managing Databases: MongoDB , PostgreSQL, Virtuoso Triple Store, Opensearch.
- Minimum 6 years of knowledge with Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus etc.)
- Minimum 6 years of knowledge in the Cloud (preferably AWS)
- Minimum 10 years of expertise in Collaboration & Productivity Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Office 365, SharePoint
Certifications
At least one of the following certifications is mandatory:
