We are currently looking for a "Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
The duration of the contract duration is 8 months, with possible extension. The contract could be proposed onsite or full remote from EU country.
Responsibilities
Liaise with HR and IT, respectively Oracle Support in order to address complex technical-functional support issues during the post Go Live phase of the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, plan and deliver efficiently bug fixes and change requests:
- Address complex issues/questions and propose solutions / workarounds.
- Perform necessary configuration changes in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Document business and functional requirements.
- Test fixes.
- Perform maintenance tasks in Oracle Cloud HCM (e.g. Access rights, Mass-Upload, setup notifications/journeys/communication campaigns).
- Document and share knowledge (e.g. write knowledge articles and user/configuration guides, deliver knowledge sessions).
- Perform System Administrator tasks related to Oracle Cloud HCM release management.
Profile
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on technical skills for :
- Oracle Cloud HCM Security (Configuration of Areas of Responsibilities, Configuration of Job and Data security roles, Audit of access management related actions)
- Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR (configuration of workforce structures, management of assignments / work relationships, maintenance of flex-fields and their list of values, configuration of journeys and guided journey, mass Uploads: Hdl, spreadsheet loaders and automation, Document of Records functionality)
- Integration between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems (PeopleSoft HCM, manage hire integration, back-feed integration, SailPoint integration, Document Management System integration)
- Other Oracle Cloud HCM products (HCM Communicate, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Guided Learning)
- Experience in the roles of Oracle Cloud HCM Implementor or Oracle Cloud HCM System Administrator
- Very good communication skills in English
- Excellent teamwork, problem solving and resilience
