We are currently looking for a "Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Implementation Expert" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
The duration of the contract is from 01/07/2025 until 31/12/2025, with 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand performance management (TO BE processes such as Probation Performance Form, Year End Annual Review, Performance Calibration, Performance Bonus) and translate them into HCM system
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Performance Management module, Workshop Compensation Management module and (potentially) Talent Review module, including performance templates, review cycles, worksheet definition, workflow setting budgeting, compensation statement definitions, etc
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
Profile
- Familiarity with HR performance processes (performance reviews, talent calibration, performance calibration or performance bonus)
- Deep understanding of the Workforce Compensation Management module OR Performance Management module (Core HR, Performance Goals Management, Workforce Compensation, Performance Management modules)
- Ability to work with Fast Formulas and Security if required
- Strong ability to communicate with both technical teams and HR business users
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation Management
- English mandatory, French would be a plus
