This assignment involves supporting the maintenance and functional development of business-critical applications in a structured, institutional or financial environment. The consultants will strengthen the team responsible for project coordination, business requirements gathering, first-line support, and software testing activities.
The mission focuses on ensuring application stability, managing enhancement requests, executing test plans, and facilitating communication between end-users and technical teams.
Responsabilities
- Manage projects related to application maintenance and evolution
- Coordinate stakeholders from business, development, and operations
- Produce and maintain project deliverables (roadmaps, planning, business cases, etc.)
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering through to deployment
- Support change management and project communication efforts
Technical skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of traditional and agile project methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required, French is considered as an asset
