We are currently looking for an "Senior Enterprise Architect / Product Manager" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
On-site position in Luxembourg with the ability to reach premises within 2 hours (remote setup possible for part of the time)
Responsabilities:
- Define and manage the organisation's digital product catalogue and product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify existing and new services aligned with strategic business needs.
- Conduct market research and interviews to drive innovation and service optimization.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product specifications.
- Monitor performance, usage, satisfaction, and trends related to key services.
- Contribute to enterprise-level agreements and vendor negotiations.
- Act as an internal and external ambassador for digital products and services.
- Promote cost-efficiency and value delivery across IT initiatives.
Profile:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Hermes Certification (mandatory) / Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
- +15 years of experience in business analysis and product/project management
- Strong expertise in SQL, process management and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with tools like Jira, BPM platforms and data warehouse technologies.
- Deep understanding of ITIL, service delivery, SLAs, cloud platforms, networking and cybersecurity
- Agile mindset with ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams
- Capable of interpreting data to inform strategy and decesion-making
- Fluent in French and English
