Responsabilities
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for business and IT applications
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather information
- Produce user guides, technical manuals, process documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles
- Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve documentation creation, maintenance, and content management processes
- Review and continuously improve existing documentation structures and content
Technical skills
- Experience in technical writing and documentation management
- Knowledge of software development environments and application lifecycles
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, or similar platforms
- Understanding of business applications and IT systems
- Experience using AI-assisted writing and documentation tools is a strong asset
- Ability to structure and simplify complex technical information
- Excellent written communication skills in English
Profile
- Medior-level experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Brussels
- Available ASAP
