We are currently looking for a : Test Automation Specialist to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
Near-site contract: remote allowing to reach Brussels within 2 hours.
Responsabilities
- Design, prepare and monitor automated tests
- Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process
- Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach
- Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture
- Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs
- Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach
- Create automated test reporting and metrics collection
- Capable of performing tasks independently with minimal guidance or oversight
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with QA team members, providing guidance and support on best practices
- In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes
- Knowledge of test automation technologies, tools and techniques
- Hands-on experience in the creation of test automation solutions
- Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools
- Experience in the test data management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good redaction skills, experience in preparation of written reports
- Capability of integration in an international/multi- cultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments and test automation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc) and testing applications in cloud environments in a plus
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects

Technical skills
- 7 years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts for IT applications using test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium WebDriver or similar)
- 7 years of experience in scripting languages Python, Java or JavaScript for test automation and Version Control systems
- 7 years of experience in designing and writing test cases specifically tailored for automation, covering both functional and non-functional testing scenarios
- At least 7 years of experience in automation of functional and regression testing for IT applications, with a demonstrated ability to identify and integrate best practices for test automation
- At least 5 years of experience with Version Control systems (e.g. GIT)
- At least 5 years of experience with SQL scripting for data validation and verification, used in test scenarios
- At least 3 years of experience with Jira for tracking and managing test cycles and automation requirements (using Zephyr or Xray)
- At least 3 years of experience with API testing in automated environments, ensuring reliability and performance
- At least 3 years of experience using Postman or SoapUI for automated API testing, including the development of scripts and validations for integration testing
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset

We are currently looking for a Solution Architect (Cloud/Java) to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. Near-site contract: remote allowing to reach Brussels within 2 hours. Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1/C2) will be an advantage
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equivalent
