Cronos International - Linux Service Desk Agent

  • Gestion des droits des utilisateurs externes via applications dédiées
  • Gestion des alias DNS (Vitalqip)
  • Analyse et troubleshooting niveau 1/1.5  
  • Surveiller les services et les applications à l'aide de Newtest, Nimsoft
  • Surveillance Unix, Linux, Solaris
  • Restaurations(fichiers /machines/serveurs/logs) 
  • Modification paramètres des serveurs applicatifs (JVM, niveau de logs...)
  • Déploiements mineurs en cas de bugfix
  • Gestion de premier niveau des outils programmés
  • Analyse et troubleshootingdes logs lors d'incidents  
  • Gestion des backups en erreur
  • Redémarrage de services/applications
  • Mise à jour CMDB

 

Compétences organisationnelles

  • Communication téléphonique orientée client
  • Rigoureux et méticuleux dans l'application des procédures
  • Connaissance des principes fondamentaux d'ITIL / SLA
  • Esprit d'équipe
