We are currently looking for a: Cybersecurity Service & Project Manager to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As member of a Cybersecurity Operations team, you will join a department responsible for designing, delivering and improving cybersecurity services and technical solutions in a complex, multi-technology environment.
You will play a key role in bridging technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement of service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main interface between technical service owners, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and maturity of service offerings
- Contribute to business analysis activities by gathering and structuring business needs into projects and programmes (objectives, deliverables, roadmap)
- Maintain and improve the Service Catalogue covering cybersecurity, infrastructure, and platform services
- Define, negotiate, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), ensuring service performance targets are met
- Lead projects and initiatives related to service implementation and catalogue integration within ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Manage procurement processes for technologies and services, including contract lifecycle and vendor management
- Act as the main point of contact for technology vendors (contract renewals, escalations, feature requests)
- Contribute to the implementation and maturity of ITIL/ITSM processes
- Produce clear, structured technical and functional documentation
Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains: application security, infrastructure security, risk governance, compliance, monitoring and incident response
- Solid experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and strong understanding of ITIL framework
- Proven experience with Service Catalogue management and integration with CMDB, Change Management, and Service Level Management
- Strong experience in project and programme management (planning, execution, delivery)
- Very good knowledge of PRINCE2, PM2, or similar methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform is a strong asset
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT service management and project/programme delivery, ideally in a cybersecurity or infrastructure environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Certifications (preferred):
- PMP / PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation, higher ITIL certifications are a plus
