As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and optimization of database systems. You will work on both relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Your role will also involve data modeling, reverse engineering, and technical documentation, contributing to the deployment and maintenance of robust data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and modeling to support system design and business intelligence.
- Design and implement relational and NoSQL databases.
- Reverse engineer existing databases to improve legacy systems.
- Develop, maintain, and integrate database components.
- Ensure integration with other databases and systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for naming conventions and coding standards.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist in deployment and configuration of database systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize database performance.
- Provide technical evaluations and audit reports of databases.
Technical skills:
- At least 5 years of experience with relational database systems (e.g., Oracle).
- At least 5 years of experience with SQL.
- At least 5 years of experience with development tools (e.g., Oracle SQL Developer).
- At least 3 years of experience in data modeling and database design using tools like SQL Developer Data Modeler, Hackolade, or NoSQL Workbench.
- At least 3 years of experience with PL/SQL.
- At least 3 years of experience in database development best practices.
- At least 3 years of experience in database security.
- At least 3 years of experience in database architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience in database release management.
- At least 1 year of experience with NoSQL database systems (e.g., ElasticSearch, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- At least 1 year of experience in master data management.
- At least 1 year of experience with Agile methodology.
- At least 1 year of experience using Confluence and Jira.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset.
