Developer CRM Dynamics / SharePoint
Your day-to-day
- Provide support and enhancements for business applications built on CRM Dynamics and SharePoint
- Act as the interface with internal expertise teams to escalate requirements and ensure seamless solution integration
- Gather, analyze, and document local and operational user needs
- Deliver functional assistance and day-to-day user support, ensuring smooth resolution of issues
- Draft, update, and maintain user documentation and procedures
- Organize and conduct training sessions to promote tool adoption across teams
- Contribute to regular activity and incident reporting, while proactively suggesting system improvements
- Serve as a functional backup for key applications when required
Your profile
- Higher education degree (Master's in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent university background)
- 3-6 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within IT or Asset Management environments
- Strong expertise in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and SharePoint
- Additional technical knowledge in SQL and HTML is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Languages: fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
