Role overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes and enhance operational efficiency. The position includes development, operational support, and continuous innovation within the DevOps landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust application solutions across cloud and On-Prem infrastructures
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform Teams, Solution Architects, and Developers to drive improvements
- Develop interface simulators and design automated deployment modules
- Write scripts and code to support API integration and resolve implementation issues
- Lead R&D initiatives to deliver complex automation solutions
- Coordinate integrations with internal IT tools
- Operate within SAFe Agile project frameworks
Profile
- Strong motivation and interest in emerging technologies
- Proven experience in building and maintaining complex DevOps solutions
- Expertise in automation and infrastructure as code
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues
- At least 3 years of hands-on development experience using Ansible, Python, Shell/Bash, or Groovy
- Familiarity with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) is an advantage
- Experience in medium to large-scale IT environments
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
- Customer-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- EU citizenship required
Technical skills
- Advanced scripting and automation skills: Ansible, Python, Bash, Groovy, SED, AWK
- Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, HashiCorp Vault
- Basic knowledge of Splunk
- General understanding of databases, Middleware, and Kubernetes
- Experience with Linux and Windows systems
- Clear, structured approach to technical documentation
