We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join an international team dedicated to optimizing CI/CD processes, automating deployments, and implementing secure and high-performing cloud solutions. You will play a key role in adopting and improving DevOps standards within a complex and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
CI/CD pipeline implementation and customization:
- Deploy and adapt standard CI/CD pipelines defined by the central DevOps team (Jenkins, GIT, Maven/Gradle).
- Integrate backend (Java - Quarkus/Spring), frontend (React/TypeScript), and test automation workflows.
- Manage artifact Storage through Nexus and automate container builds with Docker and Helm Charts.
- Deploy and scale containerized applications on OpenShift.
Security and compliance (DevSecOps):
- Implement security practices including SAST/DAST scanning (Veracode, Trivy, Syft).
- Manage secrets and credentials with HashiCorp Vault, following enterprise security policies.
Monitoring, logging & observability:
- Set up centralized logging (ELK) and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) solutions.
- Analyze and optimize performance and resource consumption.
- Act as the bridge between the product team and the central DevOps team.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and contribute to process maturity.
- Ensure system stability and high availability with auto-scaling and self-healing solutions.

Profile:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in DevOps or hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of federated or centralized DevOps models.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in distributed teams
