DevOps Engineer

Job description:

 

As a member of the team, you will support and operate a secure cloud environment (Azure & AWS) with a strong focus on HashiCorp Vault integration, configuration, and lifecycle management. You will contribute to the platform's evolution through Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and adherence to robust security practices within a financial‑institution context.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for HashiCorp Vault
  • Configuring Vault using Configuration as Code and Infrastructure as Code approaches
  • Designing and developing new functionalities within the Vault platform
  • Overseeing project execution and handling individual maintenance tickets
  • Conducting disaster recovery (DR) testing
  • Performing ongoing maintenance and operational support of the Vault platform

Technical skills:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
  • Strong experience with Secret Manager solutions: secret lifecycle, CI/CD integration, security & compliance
  • Experience deploying Secret Manager platforms: configuration, troubleshooting, hardening, documentation, rollout
  • Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automation, governance
  • Terraform: modules, variables, state management, providers (Azure/AWS), policies, deployment workflows
  • AWS & Azure: compute, storage, networking, IAM, security controls, monitoring, cost management
  • Knowledge of SDLC, clean code, testing practices, CI/CD, DevSecOps
  • Experience with Waterfall (structured delivery, documentation, scope/timeline management)
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban, iterative delivery, ceremonies, continuous improvement)

  • Fluency in English (C1 mandatory)
  • French B2 is a strong asset
