Job description:
As a member of the team, you will support and operate a secure cloud environment (Azure & AWS) with a strong focus on HashiCorp Vault integration, configuration, and lifecycle management. You will contribute to the platform's evolution through Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and adherence to robust security practices within a financial‑institution context.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for HashiCorp Vault
- Configuring Vault using Configuration as Code and Infrastructure as Code approaches
- Designing and developing new functionalities within the Vault platform
- Overseeing project execution and handling individual maintenance tickets
- Conducting disaster recovery (DR) testing
- Performing ongoing maintenance and operational support of the Vault platform
Technical skills:
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
- Strong experience with Secret Manager solutions: secret lifecycle, CI/CD integration, security & compliance
- Experience deploying Secret Manager platforms: configuration, troubleshooting, hardening, documentation, rollout
- Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automation, governance
- Terraform: modules, variables, state management, providers (Azure/AWS), policies, deployment workflows
- AWS & Azure: compute, storage, networking, IAM, security controls, monitoring, cost management
- Knowledge of SDLC, clean code, testing practices, CI/CD, DevSecOps
- Experience with Waterfall (structured delivery, documentation, scope/timeline management)
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban, iterative delivery, ceremonies, continuous improvement)
