About the Role
You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and continuously improving cloud-based and containerized platforms within a demanding Agile and DevSecOps environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate containerized services using orchestration frameworks to ensure scalability and resilience.
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to guarantee consistent and reliable deployments.
- Deploy and monitor workloads across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, OpenStack).
- Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and observability practices: monitoring, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Design and manage high-performance, secure, service-oriented architectures.
- Build CI/CD pipelines integrating automated testing and security validation.
- Apply Zero Trust principles and compliance automation to enforce security policies.
- Manage identities, secrets, certificates, and access controls following security best practices.
Profile Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Strong command of IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Pulumi).
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines including automated security testing (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Solid understanding of hybrid and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, OpenTelemetry).
- Good knowledge of service-oriented architectures and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Possession of a valid NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory.
