We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for our an client to lead the integrated delivery of several key technology workstreams, including Kafka, OpenShift, Keycloak and DevSecOps.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple technical workstreams and ensure effective management of their interdependencies.
- Establish and maintain delivery plans covering activities, workshops, decisions, milestones and deliverables for each sprint.
- Monitor project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and team capacity.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, technical teams and Bank stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Bank, Deloitte and internal technical teams.
- Ensure alignment between technical workstreams, project objectives and overall programme priorities.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards and delivery documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate governance meetings, including agendas, status updates, decisions and action tracking.
- Identify potential delivery issues and proactively implement mitigation or escalation plans.
- Ensure that key decisions, dependencies and actions are properly documented and followed up.
- Support the overall governance and delivery framework of the transformation programme.
Required experience & skills
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager or similar role.
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams within complex IT transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, platforms and/or cloud technologies.
- Experience working with or around technologies such as Kafka, OpenShift, Keycloak and DevSecOps is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-based delivery.
- Ability to operate in a complex multi-stakeholder environment involving internal teams and external partners.
