We're looking for a Document Management Specialist to take the lead on our documentation strategy. From SharePoint wizardry to lifecycle governance, you'll play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and securing vital information assets across our organization.
What you'll bring
- A degree in Information Management, Library Science, IT, or a related field — or at least 8 years of hands-on experience in document management
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing documentation systems and applying governance best practices
- Mastery of SharePoint (Online or On-premise), with skills in permissions, metadata, workflows, and customization
- A solid background working with engineering or technical documentation
- Deep understanding of document control standards and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead change, deliver user training, and drive adoption
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Bonus points if you have
- C1-level English and fluency in the local language
- Engineering background or familiarity with technical workflows
- Experience working with NATO or similar defense/military organizations
- Certifications or working knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, or other project Management Frameworks
