Econocom - m365 Onsite Support System Engineer (M/F)
About the Role
Econocom PSF is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented M365 Onsite Support Engineer to join one of its key client environments in Luxembourg.
You will act as the primary onsite point of contact for end users, delivering high-quality IT support while contributing to a modern digital workplace ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with users, providing hands-on support, promoting adoption of Microsoft technologies, and participating in IT projects.

Key responsibilities
- Provide onsite support to end users for hardware, software, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional, service-oriented, and proactive support.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents related to workstations, accounts, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, connectivity, and modern workplace tools.
- Support VIP users with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Guide, assist, and train users in the effective use of digital workplace solutions.
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with users, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, solutions, procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with technical teams and service management to ensure efficient incident resolution and continuous service improvement.
- Participate in infrastructure, workplace, and Microsoft 365-related projects.
- Contribute to user adoption and change management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and proactively propose improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in End User Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Onsite Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments is mandatory (Microsoft 365 Apps, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID/Azure AD fundamentals, Intune awareness).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a genuine interest in helping users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Autonomous, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
- Experience working in a structured service environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Management, or Modern Workplace solutions.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- French and English are mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Azure technologies is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience participating in IT deployment or transformation projects.
